Moises Caicedo has completed medical ahead of proposed transfer from Brighton & Hove Albion to Chelsea. 21yo Ecuador midfielder will today sign an 8+1yr contract. Fee £115m including £15m achievable add-ons + sell-on clause to Brighton.
Liverpool are furious after Chelsea agreed a fee for Moises Caicedo, Liverpool had been given initial encouragement by his entourage but then Caicedo rejected them.On Thursday night Liverpool had agreed a fee of £110m with Brighton but the player said No to their proposal.
Caicedo has been a key target for the Blues this summer after the departure of key midfield figures of Kante,Ruben Loftus Cheek, Kovacic, Mount and Kai Havertz. Chelsea again going head to head with Liverpool for the signing of Romeo Lavia from Southampton.
